RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Leaning Tree Organics wants all our customers to be happy with the purchase and level of service received from us but we do understand that sometimes customers may need to return an item to us which is why we offer a 3 day cancellation period on all products.

You may return the unopened goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue an immediate refund.

Unfortunately, we won’t issue refunds on any products that are opened.

who pays for shipping costs?
The customer is legible to pay for any shipping costs occurred on returns.

DAMAGED ITEMS RETURNS

What is the policy for Damaged products. 

Any damage to items within your order must be reported in writing to our Customer Services team by emailing contact@theleaningtreeorganics.com within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products. We will ask you to return the items for which we will refund the postal charges.

The leaning Tree Organics, request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be given by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any refund or arrange any product(s) reshipments.
